I get to see each patient’s journey from the very beginning. I provide information to inquiring callers and guide them through the new patient process. I also coordinate with insurance companies. Working with Insurance companies can be tough, so I work hard to make the process go as smooth and stress-free as possible for everyone! My reward is getting to see each patient’s progression, step by step, and it amazes me every time! As their smiles transform, so does their confidence. I love being a part of a team that can provide such a wonderful service to people. When I’m not at work, I am spending time with my family: my fiance' and my son. As a family, we love anime and going on outdoor adventures. I'm also an artist with a BFA. When I do get alone time, I'm either drawing or painting.

I enjoy watching how our patients change during treatment. Their personalities begin to shine as their smile transforms. It’s amazing to see how happy they are when we remove their braces or finish with their aligners: the moment they look in the mirror and see all they’ve accomplished is the best! I work with all of our braces and aligner patients, take the x-rays and scans, and also fabricate the aligners and retainers. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love seeing and learning new things and enjoy road trips. One day I would love to drive across the United States!
